EUROPEAN COMMUNITY GROUPS AND LEADERS COME TOGETHER IN LONDON TO STOP THE DIVISIONS WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION

During difficult political times for the UK government and the EU, the IARS International Institute will bring together over 200 delegates from marginalised European communities at its Annual International conference on 12-13th July at Middle Temple, Middle Temple Lane, London EC4Y 9AT. On the 13th July, the conference will launch the cutting-edge findings of the Erasmus+ funded Abused No More: Safeguarding Youth and Empowering Professionals programme.

IARS International Conference

Over two days and focusing on LGBT migrants, refugee and asylum seekers (day 1) and gender/ youth violence (day 1), this international event will push the barriers of current policy making and practice through the presentation of evidence-based solutions, and by allowing the voices that are rarely heard to lead on debates that matter. The conference will launch the findings of the Erasmus KA2 funded projects Epsilon (Day 1) and Abused no More (Day 2).

ANM: JOINT STAFF TRAINING EVENT 19TH – 24TH March

Romanian-US Alumni Association hosts a 6-day training event on 19 – 24 March 2018, in Bucharest, Romania. The event entitled “Abused No More: Safeguarding Youth and Empowering Professionals” will strengthen the skills and competences of youth professionals who are working with marginalised young people especially those who are facing exclusion and discrimination due to ethnicity, gender-based abuse or their cultural backgrounds.
